// 00 Why GRIP exists

GRIP provides structure, stability, and long-term competitiveness for state 3156. It exists because coordination at scale requires rules that don't depend on everyone being in the same room.

>_Establish and rotate Presidency in a fair and predictable manner
>_Manage state transfers and integration of incoming players and alliances
>_Allocate Forts and Strongholds across member alliances
>_Protect the state from rogue actors and internal destabilization
Operating philosophy: The spirit of the rules + basic logic governs all cases. This is not early game — baseline competence is expected. No bad-faith arguments entertained.
// 01 Membership framework
>_Any alliance may apply for GRIP membership through formal declaration
>_Provisional membership is granted upon meeting the SvS performance threshold (500M points) in the upcoming cycle
>_Full membership requires maintaining the SvS point requirement and demonstrating consistent adherence to GRIP rules and conduct
>_State transfers, alliance entry/exit, or structural changes must be declared in advance — these may impact protection status, structure eligibility, and presidency consideration
// 02 Rules of engagement

Protected Play

GRIP alliances and their academies may not attack, scout, burn, or interfere with cities, banners, or normal resource activity outside of sanctioned events

Fair Structure Competition

Facilities remain FFA, open competition unless explicitly assigned. No duplicate holding.
Forts and Strongholds must follow agreed ownership or rotation
Prohibited: reward theft, outside stacking or roster manipulation, capturing Forts / Strongholds for another alliance

State before politics

During SvS, Sunfire, Tundra Arms League, Frostdragon, and other designated state-priority events — all alliances act in alignment with the agreed state battle plan. Internal disputes are paused until event completion.

Code of conduct

Harassment, hate speech, or personal insults in World Chat or DMs are strictly prohibited. Keep rivalry focused on gameplay — repeated verbal abuse will result in punishment.
// 03 Accountability & enforcement

Questionable violations are reviewed by uninvolved alliance leadership, based on screenshots, battle reports, and verifiable evidence. Rules are enforced based on intent, impact, and pattern of behavior. Exploiting loopholes is treated as a violation of the system itself.

01Warning + restitution
02Loss of event / structure privileges
03Temporary removal of GRIP protections
04Retaliatory attacks / rallies with Presidential punishments
05Invitation to leave GRIP
Repercussions will be swift and decisive. GRIP prioritizes fairness, clarity, and decisive action over endless debate.
